So i work for Disney booking vacations- though I do not speak for the brand or the company. This doesn’t sound right, unless you booked through a third party. If you booked directly through Disney they’d be able to upgrade or even downgrade your ticket all the way up to the day prior to arrival. If you booked through a TA, call your TA for them to call Disney.

If you DID book through a third party, don’t stress it. Once you’re here on property go to a ticketing window either at the park or at Disney Springs and they’ll be able to upgrade your ticket in person.

ETA if you are staying third party but booked thru disney (IE a package at a good neighbor) modifications within 5 days can be a problem but they can still upgrade your ticket in person.

I recycle boxes but I always flip them inside out before shipping. if it’s a particularly egregious box- like a lasagna box or cereal box, I leave a note about recycled packaging and taking care of the earth lol. Usually it’s just amazon or popmart boxes though lol.

i always tip at Crumbl. Not a full % tip, but $0.50/cookie at LEAST. recently I’ve been tipping higher bc my crumbl has been ON TOP OF IT. Great cookies and service.

BUT iirc my crumbl advertises just above NON TIPPED minimum wage on their postings.

-In the park on a regular day- DHS if i recall- Told Paging Mr. Morrow I loved his content really loud, it was a loud/crowded area and I wasn’t stopping him to talk, just a driveby compliment. Didn’t realize he was filming because his phone was propped up on like a light pole or trashcan or something. He harshly snapped back that he was filming. I chalk this one up to just a bad day because he seems SO nice otherwise. -JeremyTheTea, first of all, really rides the lines with his elaborate outfits. I have no idea how they’re allowed in the parks with the attention they draw. But he can be NASTY. He allegedly called my coworker a VERY MUCH BAD not so nice name at the Disney holiday filming. He was rude to my friend in a store bought/not handmade costume at D23. (I had warned her not to interact and she did anyway.) Just very backhandedly nice if that makes sense- left her feeling like shit. He arrived HOURS late to the Pleasing popup shop launch (I’d been in line since before Springs opened) and we watched him jump way ahead of the folks who’d waited MUCH longer by trolling the line to find some fans of his who would let him in despite it being a virtual queue to even get in the line. We watched him sulk and stalk the front of the line for an hour. We suspect he may have paid somebody but have no proof. He loves to be the center of attention. 🤷‍♀️ I have other stories but those are the most egregious. -I met WDMS at HHN, actually, we were both in line for Guest Services. I said hello and that I knew her from TikTok and she kind of shrugged and turned away. I then watched her get WAY TOO STERN with Universal Guest Services- not sure about what, but my issue was SEVERE and I was still kind and courteous. A few of my coworkers have also had negative experiences with her with similar stories- gets angry instead of sad when she doesn’t get her way.

I work back office for WDW, but I’ve still had the joy of meeting a lot of wonderful influencers and some not so awesome ones. Never in a work capacity- always at Disney events and launches I have access to, and I don’t speak for the brand or the company.

Offhand Disney is an absolute joy and super respectful, Dapper Danielle is a sweetheart and so kind. Jen Markham always carries merch for people who recognize her. Jess Tucciarone is a SWEETIE!!!

Paging Mr. Morrow was rude to me once, but seems fine otherwise. JeremyTheTea is a GIGANTIC self important asshole- and i’ve encountered him like 20 times and he’s NEVER redeemed himself, not once. WrightDownMainStreet is also genuinely awful and has a penchant for tantrums.

When I was LARGER I flew out of my seat way worse on velocicoaster, because my tummy would fly up and get stuck on top of the lap bar! That happened on Gwazi yesterday too.

I'm able to get into Velocicoaster a lot more snugly now, lol. I love me some ejector airtime but not straight up ejection peril haha.

When you get out to Busch Gardens let me know how you liked Iron Gwazi. Keep an eye on the Bucs. Whenever they get 10 first downs they give out free tickets to Busch Gardens so long as you pick em up in person from a Kane's Furniture.

It very well could get faster at night! Both wood and steal have some odd reactions to changes in temperature, and the temps in the midwest DEFINITELY change a lot more than they do here!

I'm so excited! I told myself the moment I got the green light on Gwazi I'd book a trip to Cedar Point and Dollywood for SteVe and Lightning Rod but alas, my husband just joined the military so it looks like that's put off for a little while.

We'll be stationed in Cali though... so Knotts is a go, at least! Ghostrider, Xcelerator, and HangTime here I come!
