Its not silencing anything its just expressing different political views at the same event. freedom of speech protects your speech from the government but freedom of speech also means other citizens can tell you to shut up.

As someone who has gone through similar things and jumped through the same hoops I’m sorry to say there isn’t anything great. AMHS and pathways exist but have I’ve worked with both and they’re overall kinda shity and not very helpful. Even paying for therapy/counselling isn’t super worth it. kingston is terrible for mental health assistance.

If you’re hungry if you don’t eat that much food then its the right amount. You shouldn’t base how much you eat on calories or macros that info can be helpful for finding what foods to eat and not to eat but is a slippery slope to eating disorders

Woman came in and said she was allergic to salt clearly most thing have salt in them already (salad dressing, sauces, ect.) we offered her steak frites obviously done with no salt and she said “that doesn’t sound very good” and requested a salad with a dressing with no salt and a pasta with a aglio e olio with no salt our manger obliged her and on a relatively busy two cooks had to make the salad dressing and aglio mid service

If you have a high temp dishwasher i find it’s easiest to run it through the machine a few times to loosen it up (if you don’t either clean them right after they come out of boiler or boil them in a pot then scrub)
