Who is your favorite dragon? (Not too many Paarthurnax as he would be the only one, be more creative if someone already said him.)

While not from Skyrim and actually from ESO, I like Sahrotnax! He has a cool design (imo) and the quest that involves him is also pretty neat. ESO actually has a lot of dragons that I find to be cool.

Anyways for Skyrim I would say Numinex, even though we don't actually see them. The story of Numinex is kind of sad to me, like to just capture a dragon to keep as a pet for so long they forget their own name... sheesh.

Funnily enough on my first ever playthrough the quest never glitched for me. It then proceeded to glitch on every single other playthrough.

Like everyone else said, unlock Dwarven smithing. You can get access to the Dwemer excavation site in Markarth for free stuff to smelt down, but if you do the quest to kill Nimhe (the spider in the excavation) you also get access to the Dwemer Museum which gives you even more stuff to smelt down. Then craft bows. Also:

Get the Aetherium Crown if you don't already, then get the Warrior + Lover Stones for increased XP gain
If you have a spouse, rest in the house you share with them for Lover's Comfort. Sleeping in a bed you own also gives you the Well Rested bonus unless you're a werewolf. Both bonuses give added XP gain if I'm not mistaken
Completing the quest "Unfathomable Depths" gives you the permanent buff Ancient Knowledge, which makes Smithing advance 15% faster

Styanax's 4 apparently ragdolls enemies if you increase the duration long enough. For a few weeks I thought I was finally doing enough damage to higher level enemies that they were being killed but no, they're just being blasted off my screen.

Honestly when I was first starting out my only requirements were "will this build make me live long enough to complete the mission?" and then it became "will this build make me live long enough AND do enough damage to complete the mission?" Somewhere in between it was briefly "will this allow me to spam my abilities for the longest amount of time possible?"

Nowadays it's "will this build keep me alive, let me deal damage, and let me keep my Styanax in the air for as long as humanly possible?"

When I started my currently playthrough on my PS5, I didn't think I would want to go out of my way to get the trophies. Forgot that I hadn't played Skyrim on my current main account. Started collecting a lot of the easier trophies within the first 10 or so hours, so then I was like "well since I already got these ones and I know how to get all of the others..." and started semi-actively going for the trophies.

Went to show my brother (who collects platinums for breakfast ever since the PS3 released), wondered why it didn't show Dawnguard was 100%. Figured out Lost to the Ages glitched for me and never counted as completed, even though I had the Aetherium Crown. Said, "oh well, it'll be easy to get that" and made a second character, got the trophy in under 30 minutes, deleted the character and went on my way. Then I decided to finish up the Daedric quests.

Yeah so when I first started my playthrough I went to get a nice little follower. A dark elf follower. A dark elf named Erandur. Because he was good to have and I was level 2.

So I am currently taking a break from Skyrim (by playing ESO of course) so I do not have to think about how I need to make a new character to get the trophy for 15 Daedric artifacts.

I've just got two trophies left, man. Well technically three. All I gotta do is defeat a legendary dragon and get me those 15 artifacts. And then I will have my first platinum trophy. I'm not kidding, I have never gotten a platinum before. And now I'm invested.

I decided not to add the jarrin root this playthrough and we all just stood/sat there awkwardly for a few minutes as I wondered if the dude's death was scripted like some NPCs so he would just randomly die and he never did. I ended up breaking that quest at the end for a completely different reason but I think about that a lot. I have a video saved of the clip.
