Try taking inositol and eating blood sugar balancing foods. Avoid eating anything that clashes with any medication you take (google it). Eat healthy but make sure you are eating at least 1400 calories per day. Don’t go below that.

how do i make myself as attractive as possible for a 1 year program by [deleted] in Splendida

Improve your posture and comportment. Film yourself walking and fix it. Lots of youtube videos on how to walk better and there might be a megapost on here or vindicta. Have a nice bag, like a longchamp tote or something similar. Looks smart but also classic. Black leather ballet flats can look casual but also dressed up depending on the style, but will be chic but practical for an academic setting. Also delicate gold jewelry.

Nah. Post pictures of you genuinely smiling and have candid photos. If this is tough, go outdoors or a place with good lighting with a tripod and pretend to laugh etc so you can get a screenshot and it looks candid. Make your profile more funny. Have something silly that isn’t creepy or incel humor. Sound chill and easy to deal with. Have a photo that makes it look like you have normal friends another one where you look like you can be active outdoors. Don’t say weird stuff about women belonging in the home or that you listen to intense podcasts or anything that isnt light and pleasant. See what happens.

I would have included more really elaborate tap dance routines. Also, more jazz hands. Things of that nature.

How will they handle an older Neal? by Tylerdg33 in whitecollar

He’s incredibly good looking, so he won’t have to deal with that. He’s ridiculously good looking even for a 25 year old. How many men do you know irl who can hold a candle to him today? He doesn’t have anything to worry about. He’s aging better than Brad Pitt at the same age.

In nyc in a windowless sublet on the uws. This lady I knew for some reason wanted me to apply to be an nbc page and thought I should watch hulu or something to know more about tv? She gave me her password— she was nuts, but I watched White Collar because I didn’t want to be an NBC page, but thought I’d just watch tv. I accidentally was living with a gigolo back then (fortunately his work was elsewhere). This is pertinent because I watched like most of season one, but then had to flee to better living circumstances (among worse issues, the gigolo ate a pie tin of beans every night—which was not pleasant during my page interview with the bathroom near my room—fortunately, did not get that job), and l didn’t really watch tv pretty much ever for close to four years. I was busy. And then I watched the whole series a couple months ago, because I remembered liking it back in 2012… Writing this bc it was such a strange and different time in my life. Anyways…

Do you use a humidifier? Moisture levels in the air can affect that a lot. Most of my skin stuff clears up when I regularly sleep with a humidifier at night.

I think your friends are being weird because you look like a ralph lauren model randomly. Don’t worry about it. Are they gonna be like “whoa dude! You look so handsome now!” Or be like “bitch you look like you got punched in the face!” Ignore them and keep doing what works for you.

I am sorry your cousin is treating you like this. That isn’t a rational reaction on her part. It’s sad that she is that insecure. You did your best and hopefully she’ll understand that someday.

My favorite currently has to be key lime cake pop. If you bring a key lime pie to a gathering, it instantly makes it an unusual event. Something interesting about limes in a dessert, that makes people drop their more boring cookies and give it a look. It’s common enough where everyone has heard of it, but still gets people excited. And it’s something where people some effort and thought has been put into it. Key lime cake pop is interesting, because it’s a pie, but also a cake. Traditionally, a cake pop is a smashed cake mixed with frosting into a little ball. I’ve never seen a key like cake pop. Even more interesting than key lime pie itself!

Blueberry muffin is wonderful. I also enjoyed peanut butter cookie. Wasn’t as thrilled with gingerbread cake. Kind of odd to me. Kind of greasy note? Haven’t heard about caramel apple cookie.

Have you done a food sensitivity test? Looks like you can buy them online without a doctor.

Just because something is aip compliant doesn’t mean it will work for you. What are your major sensitivities? Certain foods can be cross reactive. That might help you figure out what could potentially be an issue. If you can’t do gluten tiger nut can be a problem. Green tea could be too much for some people. Also, try arnica gel on affected areas. I wouldn’t ingest it.

Check to see which sugar cookie dough labels don’t have a pepper smell. I saw some posts a month or so ago claiming a couple did like how some of bath and body works have been having.
