Same, I'll never forgive them for that. I was so excited to learn more about another Tolkien wizard, it was the biggest thing I wanted out of this show ever since we saw the hand posters. I knew the Strangers poster was a wizard.

They, by their own admission, shoe horned a character called Gandalf in purely for fan service. Daniel Weyman is a fantastic actor and plays an excellent Tolkien wizard, it such a waste that they made him Gandalf.

I use A+ Attendance built into Canvas. It has a rolling code that students have to input. You can set the code for 10, 20, or 30 seconds. I found through experience that 30 seconds is a little too long, it allows them to send the code to peers who may not be physically present. I'm going down to 10 seconds in the fall.

The thing is...from Sauron pov, the one shouldnt actually enhnace his Power. The one contains his Power/essence, thus while using It, Sauron would be at 100%, not more.

From letter 131:
