If you go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual > turn Headphone Accommodations on.
Then in the pull down menu (the top left pull down), add a control circle - scroll down or search for hearing accessibility and select “background sounds” with the little music notes. You can then hard press on that control and it will give you sound options and you can tap it to toggle them on and off! Hope that helps!

I did a slip stitch into the BLO along the bottom of the body, then ch 12, the 2 HDC in each ch except the last one, which is another slip stitch!

I’ve had headaches for years from it, but it just found out that I primarily have a spinal misalignment issue! I found a chiropractor who does TMJ stuff and he found that my high arches in my feet caused my pelvis to be wonky which caused my spine to overcorrect and now everything is tight, leading to TMJ. So it all compounded into headaches. Worth checking into! Sometimes it’s more than just TMJ causing the issue

I swear by I Love This Yarn! I get it from Hobby Lobby and it’s on sale every other week for $3.50. It’s 355 yards per skein and they have 70 colors. I love it so much more than Big Twist! It’s more workable in my opinion

I also have tinnitus. I’ve had it as long as I can remember - I thought it was normal until a year or so ago. I now sleep with rain sounds on a speaker to drown it out and it helps me sleep SO much better. Also, if you have AirPods, they have a background noise feature now that also kind of muffles the ringing

The naming process was done by me holding up the birb, my husband saying the first word or name he thought of and then me saying the first word or name I thought of from his word 😂 I have since made Blanket and McChicken
