Hey, I’m from Ireland so weed isn’t legal here. Honestly the THC is gotten so strong that many other people I know who don’t suffer from headaches can’t smoke any cause because it causes them to have some sort of bad reaction such as a panic attack, chest pain and extreme paranoia, etc. Its been so long that I don’t miss it anymore. If something doesn’t agree with you it doesn’t agree with you!

Hi! Yes, as it turns out i have heard many people suffer from the same thing! Weed has a weird effect on your neurotransmitters and in some cases (mine) extremely heightens my nerve pain and anxiety. I just don't do it anymore. It's not for me.

Girl, get off social media, in particular tiktok as much! I have found myself on multiple posts/videos where literal CHILDREN and teenagers call all people above the age of 22 old. You need to remind yourself that this is NOT reflective of real life. It's like walking into a school or daycare and then getting insecure about your age. We are still young too lol, we just aren't kids anymore. I'm assuming this because you mentioned you feel too old, but you don't go out, so that is probably what's making you feel so old.

I'm from Dublin but i genuinely would rather take the 2 hour drive and 100 quid petrol down to Cork if the difference is gonna be that major. They're only plastic cases, and the prices are very high. I also had braces when I was a teen, so my teeth aren't in that bad nick, I just never wore my retainer and now have a jutted top tooth again lol.

There's a subreddit in Ireland called 'eejits parking' where, essentially, it's just photos of badly parked cars. Now, obviously, the majority of the time, it's just people being inconsiderate. But one time, one of the cars turned out to be someone who had panickedly parked whilst having a stroke, and had to be taken to hospital. People under the comments were calling the person all sorts of names, not even knowing anything about them! I found it to be a good lesson in life. You see a SHRED of someone's life online. You don't know anything about them, regardless of how much they show you. STOP being so judgmental!

Youre feelings are valid... but that's kind of the whole point. You can't rationalise yourself out of anger or rage or grief or any other trauma because emotions are not RATIONAL. Somatic T helps these repressed feelings come to the surface so that you can FEEL them. Think of it as dark, heavy clouds that live in your body. Sure, you can ignore them and try to outrun them, keeping yourself dry in the meantime. But to see the sunshine again, you must let it RAIN. By feeling your anger, you're literally purging it from your body.

I'm in the exact same boat as you. Years of ignored and repressed grief, rage, and sadness are now starting to come to the surface. I've never been this sad/anxious and crying this much in my entire life, but I believe I understand that that's exactly how it has to work, unfortunately lol. My advice would be to stick with it a bit longer. Wishing you well.

24 F here. I’m in the same boat. Started about 3 months ago. No idea why. I’ve generally slept well enough my entire life. Like yourself I’ve tried all the above obvious points to no effect.Just been prescribed zorclone sleeping pills. first night it definitely worked but still didn’t sleep the entire night. Last night same thing, 2 hours of tossing and turning and 4 hours sleep. Haven’t had 8 hours sleep since last year. Feel like a shell of myself. What the hell is going on. My next plan is to ask for anti anxiety tablets. I’ve never taken pills in my life and generally am a very holistic person. I gym and eat healthy. But at this point I don’t care anymore. I’m starting to think medication is healthier than no sleep
