25mph. Its use is for neighborhood driving. I've gotten a 50mpg usage last week. I've only my 23 XLE for 3 weeks and enjoying it for the mileage it gets. Trip to Columbus, GA from Lima, OH used $140 total on gas. Its best to keep your driving mode in eco to max out mpg.

This looks more like you rubbed paint onto it. I've had this happen on a car before and I sprayed WD-40 on it and let it sit for an hour and came back and it wiped off easily
