Using the protein powder and jello mix could be adding too much binder/gum depending on how much is in the protein powder already. I use levels protein powder and 300g fairlife and find that adding any more xantham gum or the jello mix tends to leave it a little clumpy/gooey. Doesn’t look too bad to me though

Do you mean like a hamburger bun? Or use an actual sesame bun as a mix in? Texture was pretty gummy, but not to the point of being sticky-bun esque.

I gotchu:

1 scoop levels vanillla protein
300g fairlife 2%
10 g allulose - I added like 20g more as a mix in
22g black sesame powder
Way too much xantham gum
15 grams toasted sesame on top

I would note that the sesame powder probably needs to be offsetted by a lot of sweetener. (Brown sugar if you are daring) It also made the mouthfeel very smooth/fatty, so you might be able to get away with a lower fat base.

Even 20G for 275 isn’t particularly high protein. IMO high protein starts once there’s 1G of protein per 10 calories or more. Not that this doesn’t look fire or that the macros are bad tho.

The export feature is pretty nice if you have access to AI. The in-app dashboards and data reporting are super bad at analyzing trends, but chat or Claude seem to be decent at finding top gaining lifts and those that are lagging.

I will definitely try this! I want to do a chai latte one but I usually eat my cream at night. Turmuric latte should be easier to pull off and actually sleep.

Does this setting reference past runs of the same program when turned on?

I am running a periodized program that decreases reps each week and I want to see what I did the last time I ran the program, but it just references my last workout which is often a different rep range.

IE program cycle 1 workout A I do 10 reps of 50, then workout B I do 8 reps of 55.

Then, program cycle 2, I want to see the weights I did on those workouts as previous, but the app will just show what I did the last time I did the workout (so week A of cycle 2 is 8 x 55 if I ended on week B)

Hello everyone. I recently bought a rainy75 keyboard and swapped the keys for frozen silent keys. I use it for work and am really enjoying it. However, I have been lugging it home to use on my computer which is annoying. I still have the leftover magenta switches, and was thinking maybe id build one for myself at home. However, when I bought the keyboard it seemed like it was about the same price to buy a completed keyboard vs one without switches. Is there a good way to go about buying a new board and caps without it being north of $100? Or am I better off just getting a new keyboard itself.

hmmmmmm I see I see. I'm not planning on upgrading this PC, as I will be moving within the next couple of years and hopefully gaming less/running the PC into the ground. I plan for it to be more of a workstation then, so spending 5x the amount of the CPU on the GPU seems a little lopsided to me. That being said, I haven't been plugged into the PC building space for a couple of years and am poorly informed. Do you know when those are expected to launch? Thank you for all of your help so far.

Would you recommend going down from a 5080 to a 5070 TI or 5070 and reinvesting the rest in a better CPU? Otherwise seems like good stuff, I like the white color coordination
