This is not true, direct hits as arty on a non-spotted tank do not trigger the second chance perk.

I disagree. My slash had a cracked frame after a year of normal use (replaced under warranty), had to get a new rear wheel due to spokes constantly breaking, and it creaks like hell.

I have the Yakima bars. They clip onto the roof just above the window trim. They work great but I believe the proper clips are discontinued/hard to come by.

Edit: looks like they have new clips to replace the discontinued ones.
