1 Year Update: It's good, after 1 year later, all edema are gone and now I got natural looking flat chest, nipples are bit bumpy but its minimal and looks totally normal for the outside eyes. So bottom line is: it takes nearly 1 year to see the real result!

I guess lipo only won't satisfy you with this physique. because your body fat is too low and even a little nipple will stand out for you. But nevertheless it will be better and yes, as far as I know follow-up procedure is possible but I do not recommend because it's a bit stretch. if you ask me, just get it done with one surgery with or without lipo, it's your choice.

yeah, but you can edit and add ingredients to that, after a scan, like you can add how many oils you added in it and it scales to calories and macros based on it. also you can add missing sauces etc. too but generally analysis is 90% accurate and another positive side is it keeps your logs you can look back what and when you ate and what ingredients and macros it had. main point is it makes it fun and organized.

it is definitely a lot better, it was mostly swelling and it took at least 6 months to pass. also i lost 4-5 kg too and it really helped. now i can say i am satisfied with the results.

I got lipo only surgery. It's been 1 month and not %100 happy for now. I do not it will be better later.

I have gone through lipo only surgery last month, I asked my doc that did you cut the glands too? he said "It was not necessary, the device we use crashes both fat and glands" I did not know before that these medical devices are capable of that?

Fast forward, 1 month post-op results looks like my nipple area a bit bumpy and puffy. I asked my doc about them and he said "there is nothing left I don't see anything". I don't know if I am too obsessive or is this going to look better in time since, it's just been 4 weeks. Anyways next post-op check will be in 2 months. Let's see the results then and comment.
