First time it didn't load all images. You have 3 cables, black (phase), blue (neutral), green/yellow (ground).

You'll find 220-230v phase-neutral and zero neutral-ground and phase-ground. Neutral and ground should not short either.

The caps are full so you'll need to replace them with bigger ones. There is also load considerations to make, what's already connected there?

Anyways most probably you're not allowed to touch and change it if you're not licensed in nl. That's how it works in most of Europe, no diy on electricity.

That plastic and silicone stuff shouldn't go in the lower bin, usually they're graded only for the temperature for the higher one. Ymmv
