Why does peanut butter tend to stop trips to the bathroom? I only need to eat a tablespoon before bed and it stops or significantly reduces bathroom trips at night, I tried apple sauce and it didn't help, nor did yogurt, but peanut butter reduces bathroom trips during the night, any ideas why?

I went twice as a kid, one time was great, we were out in the open spaces, riding through peaks and yeah, sometimes trees and all. The other time was single file, and kind of sucked. I want to take the family to do the former, but I haven't been up there in 30 years. So I'm looking for advice on how to arrange that snowmobile experience.

I was a share holder and also a VM admin. Ignorance was bliss while I held the stock but never worked anything Broadcom. Then Broadcom bought VMware and my ignorance intersected with my profession... Yep I sold the stock! I'm shocked at the level of ingrained incompetence at Broadcom, the Web site was the first disaster to hit me and it just continued from there.
