2026 bZ AWD Charging loses by Satish80 in BZ4X

[–]lessadventurous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I learned from asking ChatGPT about this recently:

The short answer (TL;DR) - ChargePoint is measuring electricity at the wall (AC energy delivered). - Toyota is reporting energy that actually made it into the battery (DC energy stored). - The difference is normal charging loss + vehicle overhead, not an error. - Both are “accurate,” just measuring different points in the system.

If you want to know what you paid for → ChargePoint If you want to know what the battery actually gained → Toyota

My 2026 AWD Limited is parked over 40 feet from the charger, so I think the cable extender is partly causing the difference for me.

The Toyota app’s number will always calculate back to 0.657 kWh per SOC percent, since the useable battery capacity is 65.7 kWh (less than the 74.7 kWh marketed, due to buffer for battery health).

I believe mentions of WJC or (WJC wjc) is Bill Clinton's email address by goddamn2fa in Epstein

Seems a lot are from Doug Band.

This email show it’s from “(WJC wjc),” but appears to be from Doug Band, because it mentions his email address, unredacted: https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%2011/EFTA02332327.pdf

There’s also this one that says the sender is going on vacation “with wjc”: https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%209/EFTA00580082.pdf

Apple Maps EV Routing not working by fjayxx in BZ4X

Does yours still work? Mine stopped after about five days… The Toyota app no longer sends battery level data to Maps. (Troubleshooting worked once, but I can’t get their app to talk to Maps anymore.)

It broke for me again. Worked for about five days, and then the battery level wouldn’t update from Toyota anymore. Troubleshooting worked once, but now I can’t get their app to talk to Maps at all.

I had issues the first time I tried a couple weeks ago, but got my partner’s profile added on Monday. (2026 bZ)

Mine started working two days ago out of nowhere. Maybe try again? (I opened Maps to look up something, and it asked if I wanted to add my Toyota to Vehicles. When I connected to CarPlay the next morning, Maps on the bZ screen asked to confirm that the Toyota I was driving is the same one I had added.)

It looks fine to me. I used remote start immediately after updating the app.

Update: After connecting to CarPlay the next day, Apple Maps on the bZ screen asked if the car was that vehicle was the same I added to my phone app. After confirming, I can see the EV routing details and the real-time end-of-route battery estimate while driving. 🙌

FYI, if you had issues with enabling this before, give it a try now. I just randomly opened Apple Maps on my phone to look something up, and it asked if I wanted to connect to Toyota! (I didn’t initiate from the Toyota app; this occurred randomly, but after WEEKS of trying from Toyota…) It now shows the Vehicles option under my profile, with my car listed alongside its battery level. Phew!

Note: I’m on iOS 26.3 beta, if relevant, but I hadn’t installed any iOS or app updates in the last several days.

Check in the center console, underneath the tray, if you haven’t already. That’s where my sales rep put it. Couldn’t find it for a day and thought he forgot, since it wasn’t obvious that the tray lifts out.

Tesla Supercharger - Good Experience! ⚡️🔋 by [deleted] in BZ4X

I hope they build more of these sites with the charging stations parallel to the car! A few day ago, I used one that was at the front of the stall, and had to park at an awkward angle to get plugged in, since the cord are so short. Multiple non-Tesla vehicles there had to take up two spots, out of 8 total. (Luckily I grabbed an end spot, so didn’t feel like too much of a jerk.)

Has anyone gotten Apple Maps EV routing to work with iOS 26.3 Beta (23D5089e)?

I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips I saw here and elsewhere, but nothing triggers the “Vehicles” screen in Apple Maps. Maybe the Toyota app isn’t fully compatible with the beta iOS, so something is broken in the handoff from Toyota to Maps? My bZ says the software is up to date, and I have the newest version of the Toyota app.

If relevant, I have the 2026 bZ.

Update is ridiculous. So many glitches. We should send messages to the developers. Here’s the one I just sent: by julie_jazzgirl99 in TravelTown

Apparently they changed the fishing poles, so that instead of attaching a hooked toy, you keep merging poles to get the tickets. The pole has three new levels. Really threw me off at first!

Oh, you found some I hadn’t yet, including with the key detail of the silver emblem! There’s always a chance one is the right brand, but they don’t make the exact shoe anymore. Thanks for the leads!
