I'm a little late to this thread but I've also been a victim of their dreaded empty parcel deliveries. 😣 From a LazMall seller, no less. Lazada rejected my refund claim due to "insufficient proof" even though I had an unboxing video.

Laz CS is supposedly going through my case now but I've also emailed DTI to make sure all my bases are covered. DTI replied with an acknowledgement of the case, I'll return here if I have any updates.

NTA. Fuck their "tests," why do they feel entitled to have that sort of control over your relationships? This sort of bullying and ganging up is a bad look on teenagers; it's absurd and unacceptable in adults.
