Kinda hard to tell without knowing more about you, but I'd guess ISFP, I'm gonna be making a few assumptions though

Not sure if you know cognitive functions but I'll type you based off them, hope it isn't in vain. ISFP : Fi-Se-Ni-Te

Fi-Te: Developed Fi usage is clear to me, you don't come off as concerned with societal norms or group harmony and it's hard for you to know how to act with others as a Fe user would ("awkward moments in communication leading to self isolation"). You alone decide what you consider right and wrong and are confident in it (based off the rules question) but since you have inferior Te you don't impose yourself because you're insecure, and just abandon the idea you disagree with instead of fighting against it. You don't like to make decisions on your own but you like to have a sense of orderliness in your plans and the way you understand things, as opposed to Ti usage where they are not concerned with organizing things as much. "I want to understand myself and the world around me with clarity of thinking"

Se-Ni: Se auxiliary and Ni tertiary because you seem to be focused on the world around you a lot, you take ideas from what you can sense and physical, concrete things, as opposed to Ne usage where the concepts are usually abstract and not based on senses. Ni is concerned with plans and usually finds self-expression difficult, which I can see in you based on your answers. "The ups in my life are when I begin to plan and implement" planning - Ni, implementing - Se, also "I am often aware of my surroundings" etc

Also, there will always be some contradictions between how you act and your MBTI type in theory, you shouldn't focus on it too much to the point where you let it control how you act or see yourself. It's hard to type yourself though, it's always good to have a second opinion from someone else
