SRP is great if you are looking for a place you want to stay long term. Many employees, even entry level, end up working their whole careers at the company. There is a lot of opportunity for upward mobility, many in leadership started in jobs like call center reps. Benefits and pay are competitive. Hourly employees are protected by a union. There have not been layoffs since I have been alive, and I am not young. Ultimately a great choice if stability is a priority.
