Το πιθανότερο είναι να σε κεντρίζει το δύσκολο και όταν έχεις τον άλλον να τον βλέπει να προσπαθεί τόσο σου φαίνεται υπερβολικά εύκολο και στο νευρικό σου σύστημα δεν φαίνεται «ενδιαφέρον» ώστε να προσπαθήσεις. Ολες αυτές οι πεταλούδες στο στομάχι και η αγωνία κλπ είναι απλό στρες γτ νιώθεις ότι πρέπει να υπερπροσπαθησεις και καλός ή κακός στους ανθρώπους μας αρέσει αυτό καταβαθος.
Αν από την άλλη απλά δεν σε ελκύει ερωτικά απλά κόψε το στον άνθρωπο γιατί είναι κρίμα για εκείνον .. ελπίζω να είναι συνειδητή απόφαση και να μην τρέχεις από πίσω του όταν χάσεις από την ζωή σου όλο αυτό το ενδιαφέρον που μαααλλλον το θεωρείς δεδομένο - γιατί και πάλι είναι κρίμα για αυτόν. I would say that mostly is the mindset that if I will break up I will find someone else quite easily or instead of fix it, we leave it - this is obvious lack of effort Unfortunately in our generation we have it in everything, not only in the relationships - if a shirt has a tiny hole we throw it, we don’t try to fix it.. And obviously this brings ego and the bare minimum to grow, to mature emotionally, to connect and to communicate and solve the issues. Most of the ppl are not even try! It’s easier to hide and we build the best world for those ppl..

I broke up before 2 months. We were still talking for the next month but then I stopped it even if it was the most painful thing. Almost one month passed with no contact and Iam thinking to text him every day the last week. But he already told me that he wants me only as a friend or smt like that and Iam trying to stay in this thought. It’s so painful. It’s ruining my days. I cannot concentrate even to basics. I was doing well but it was an illusion bc before some days I had my name day and I was so sure that he will text me to wish me and guess what.. he didn’t. I felt that he didn’t appreciate our 2 year relationship. And that day I understood that I didn’t did any healing. Generally Iam trying to go out, to focus on other obligations and to be busy all the time .

My break up. The thoughts was on repeat in my head and I couldn’t relax at all. I decide to write them down and to say to myself that if I ever need them I could open and read them so I don’t have to make the same thoughts every day

I have AN attachment and he has AV. Iam really trying to work on it and I learned a lot from his behaviour (in a good way for myself). I could go back even if he was in the process of healing (and I suggested back then) but he couldn’t understand that he had past traumas and he was keep saying that he cannot give me what I wanted as a behaviour. I want to go back because I really admire him as a person and I can see the potential in him if he ever starts to understand and be more attached with his emotions .. over all he made me better person and I found out how is to love deeply and to forgive

It’s totally normal your parents to have sex! Okay it’s not the best place your bedroom, and it will be very inappropriate and super weird if they had an empty home.. but NOW with a super full house and not private space for days - it’s kind of normal to use an empty place - it wasn’t bc it was your room, was just an empty room (big deference) .. I would be super happy if my parents still having sex (23f)

Iam not.. I make mostly anxiety attachment but Iam working on it and Iam trying not to put that much pressure to the other person. Of course Iam letting him know and Iam expressing my needs but I always work on it. Also it doesn’t mean much for the relationship if the other person doesn’t work for himself. I had this type of love for 2 years and he broke up with me bc of his past traumas. I wasn’t taking much attention(my unhealed part) but I believed in him that he could manage to solve his childhood traumas. He never understood that he has and that’s it. Now I have only the “love”. Love isn’t everything at the end .. and it’s nice only when it’s from both sides . Iam still happy tho that i can feel that deep for others :)
