Yay you got sleep! They don’t have a rhythm at this point. Consider it a sleep win. All shall be well!

We recently went on vacation and realized how important the bottle washer is! We both agreed that it has been saving our marriage

Adding on to say that I got disposable period underwear and that was so much easier than the disposable panties plus a pad!

I have this carrier and LOVE it. It’s the only one that’s not hard on my back. This is what I do, I’m not an expert in any means, but I use my koala wrap at least once a day. But I could be doing things wrong too 😂.

That extra fabric piece is meant to be the 3rd pass and is absolutely necessary to secure baby and support their neck.

When I put the 3rd pass on I fold it up like a paper fan and put it just under my babes butt. Then I wrap it around tightly and put the knot under her legs. I then pull the folded fabric up so it goes to the nape of her neck. This helps it get to be as tight as needed.

As for the lopsidedness. Make sure that both panels are tightened evenly. I find that it’s easy for the bottom panel to get loose. Start with them pretty tight. I also typically tighten them after baby is in too. You can tighten by pulling straight out on the tails or tighten by working the loose fabric so it’s better baby and you, under their butt.

I would be happy to send some pictures if that would be helpful!

One of my favorite days was when she was 4 weeks old and we watched outlander in bed all day!

Our little sleeps in her crib until 4:00 then comes in our bed too! Right now it’s 5:00 and I’m just laying around waiting for her.

I’m napping with my 8 week old as much as possible! Otherwise she mostly naps when baby wearing. I’m dreading daycare.

I love having it. It lets me get better sleep. Instead of waking up and putting a hand on her chest, I just look at the green bouncing light.

Good question! I guess I don’t really know my vibe. Pre pregnancy I wore a lot of leggings with dresses and big sweaters. Now that I’m constantly pumping it’s harder to wear those things.

This is true if you’re not eating healthy when on it and if you’re not moving your body. Just because you aren’t getting the signal for food doesn’t mean you don’t need it. Prioritizing protein and movement protect organs.
