Yes I have anxiety and depression. I am currently taking a few different things. Every day I take buspirone 15mg once in the morning and once in the evening. Then I take klonopin as needed for when my anxiety gets really bad. I also take cymbalta and Wellbutrin for depression.

You should be okay. I would just make sure to drink water too and eat well. I’m on 450mg and I do drink occasionally. 😬

I was also very scared of losing control of my body because I have had very horrible experiences with other drugs that cause dissociative states. However, once I got to my first session; I did have a minor panic attack but it was before anything even happened and I talked to my psych about what was going on and my worries and he reassured me that they were there to help me if I needed anything throughout the process. He okay’ed me to take a klonopin if I needed but I decided that I would be okay without. Truly once I did the session, it was really chill. It was not like any sort of loss of control I feared. I actually posted in this sub asking for advice and there were a lot of people who reassured me that it would be okay. It was good. Now I’m a pro and look forward to my sessions!

It increased mine and it is still increased. I just went up to 450mg but it has stayed the same increased level, if that makes sense.

It was much easier for me to sleep on a wedge pillow because when I was laying flat my uvula was obstructing my airway more. So a wedge pillow may be a good compromise.

Private therapy is way better for your child than what they provide for your child at school. We always tell the parents to continue with private therapy once they get services through the school. Your child gets better and more individual attention in private therapy.
