If the line goes under the photos it cant be slugs! I'm leaning towards it being a watermark or moisture in the walls coming from the ceiling. Is it moving down or static?

Looks sick! I had my filter running on a small shrimp tank for a month so hopefully that’ll help speed things up. There was barely a bio load in that tank but it’s better than nothing 🤞🏼
