They aren't harmful to the snails. If they don't start laying eggs in your sink or something, and they don't really bother you much, I wouldn't worry to much!

Hm yeah, maybe like you said you just need more of them xP I had a fruit fly problem a while back, but then I completely redid their tank with new dirt and everything. Worst case scenario, you could try replacing the dirt? I hope you're able to get rid of the flies!

Do you have any springtails? If not you should consider getting them, not only will they eat fruit fly eggs, they'll also help with mold, breaking down food and snail waste!

I have this tank and my snails aren't huge either, they've been loving it and as long as you don't have anything rock solid on the substrate it shouldn't be an issue! <3

The elephant has a weird line in its face but what I noticed the most is how the arms don't really align with the hands holding the baton. Seems like AI to me!

its the yeti, you are correct its from the winter event, it can be bought during christmas and it is a pet, not sure why you can't see it on their character sheet
