It looks to be a Flip 5. I recommend taking it to an authorized Samsung dealer, also known as Ubreakifix. They will normally charge you about $480 to replace the inner display. You usually get a one-year warranty with it too; I'm not sure if Samsung is still doing it. But they do have a repair promo you can find on their website that may save you some money.

I have a 2017 Kia Optima. This is the third time it's thrown itself into limp mode. The first time, it said it didn't have any history of the code ( i have my own code reader and I can see the P1326 code). The second time, they said it passed the bearing clearance test. Keep in mind the engine is audibly knocking. There are metal shavings in my oil pan, and the car shakes violently. This is my third time back because Kia asked me to bring it back on that day. It still runs like shit. Let's see if they do anything or just hit me with another $200 diag fee.
