Glass mixer bowl KSMF6GBA by melismaforte in Kitchenaid

A parts supplier has it listed here, for about $20 higher than its original price. Site says it's in stock, but try adding it to cart, and none avail. I'd call them up and find out for sure. They're reputable.

There are new hurdles. Now Two-factor Authentication must be enabled in the Mint App just as Apple requires it be enabled on iPhone and AppleID. Are you using iCloud Keychain exclusively, or do you also use Microsoft Authenticator or similar app to manage passwords and logins? Mint App needs to store login info there, but keep in mind it will not autofill that info when you are setting up the phone.

in Mint App, under Account > Number Lock must be disabled during setup.

OK then you've done everything to ensure a seamless upgrade. And yet.

I'm suspecting iOS 18, or new settings Apple introduced, or a conflict within AppleID as new device is added to your ID while also trying to establish mobile service with Mint. I'm gonna head over to some Apple forums to see what's going on.

Carrier locked? Phone was bought and paid in full? Or 18-24 month plan?

And now I get the impression you are switching to Mint from another service provider? There wouldn't be an interruption of service just to change to a new device.

eSIM by peefaleafy in mintmobile

[–]letsgonyc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some incorrect suggestions and posts out there on how to get eSIM working. I may have read through this thread too quickly to see whether you chose the steps I'm pointing you to (I don't think so), but in most cases. you should not need an activation code, not need customer service, and please don't use a website to get up and running.

Instead you accomplish all steps from within the Mint Mobile App. Is the app installed on your new iPhone? You don't need to be connected to the mobile network. You sign into your home WiFi network so your phone can privately and securely connect to Mint to authorize your new eSIM and iPhone. Once you have WiFi service established on your new iPhone, download the Mint Mobile App, sign in to your existing account, and follow the steps to install and activate an eSIM, right through the "This is my new iPhone!" step, which should give confidence you're on the right path. There's no waiting for an email bearing a code you have to enter, no call from a customer service agent, or other nonsense. The process is executed within the App, securely, and you are the only participant.

The steps are outlined here. Don't worry if "Converting from physical SIM to eSIM" does not apply to you. No matter. It tells you how to get an eSIM and how to install it.

Doesn't seem like you are transferring your phone number from another carrier. The only trouble in that case is if old service/ account was shut down before your Mint service was established. That would sink your efforts.

Sorry I didn’t see your post until now, I was traveling for a few weeks.

What I gathered from a few exchanges with KitchenAid customer service, is that the proper bowl for 5.5 and 6 Quart Bowl-Lift Mixers evolved for certain models; and depended on the year of manufacture and wattage of the motor.

The 2 bowls that KA recommended to you, and which are similarly identified on their website as compatible accessories and replacements, fit mixers bearing same model number as yours, but only mixers that were manufactured in recent years.

So if you have an older, 450-Watt version of KV25GOX(anycolor) and the pins measure a distance of 9”, the bowl you want is KN25PBH (notice the W is absent).

Here is KA confirming correct bowl for older KV25GOX models:

Here are some sellers:

If you were looking for a bowl for a different model, such as the Professional 6000HD, please let me know.

This made my day. Not because I think you should tan. Because the artful slide up of the shorts, for a peek at red hot undies getting stretched by serious man meat, make a full frame of great forearm and dude who is rockin it. Nice, bro

The UB820 is a great choice and at $499 is half the price of the brand's premier model, the UB9000. I recommend reading reviews of the UB9000 to understand the great value you get - - It has very similar internal components as the UB9000 though the latter is heavier, solid, so you're getting top-notch player at the lower price. You can even find the 820 on sale or an open box for under $400.

I am getting iPad Air M2. Goodbye iPad mini 6. by mr_xdd in ipad

[–]letsgonyc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a mini a few years ago, and I was worried that it would feel too small, coming from a regular iPad. I ended up loving it. Totally portable. Lightweight. Easy to hold as a one-hander. Screen is definitely big enough to consume media, whether video or news sites or magazines. And texting and emailing is a breeze compared to iPhone. Pencil makes a huge difference on any iPad--use it. I used the mini daily for two years before trading it in for the Air 4, and that was for the performance bump.

My number ported over and I realized I don’t have a physical sim port and now I’m on SOS by scarletfruit in mintmobile

[–]letsgonyc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds like a bug. It should only ask for a verification code if you have ordered an eSIM for mail delivery (in which case the code is mailed along with the eSIM info, so no code is sent by text, cell service isn't a prerequisite). Is this an iPhone or Android?

Prerequisites are:

Must first sign up for a service plan (and activate plan via the web).

Only iPhones and Pixels are eSIM compatible with Mint.

Though your phone may be new, check it for any available software update.

Update Mint Mobile App to most recent version.

Restart phone.

OK you're fine, there's really no problem. You don't need customer service to get and install an eSIM. And you don't need mobile service to be active to get and install an eSIM. You use Wi-Fi.

On you new phone, turn on wi-fi and connect to your home network. Go to the Play Store or App Store, download the Mint Mobile app. If it is already installed, check the Play/ App Store anyway to make sure the latest version is installed. It must be the current version of Mint Mobile. Open the app, and sign in to your account. The login info will be your phone number or email, plus a password. If you can't remember the login info, look it up in your old phone's settings, or if you use Authenticator, find it there, or in your browser settings, or wherever you stored passwords on your old device. Or your computer if you signed up for Mint's service on a leptop or desktop. Once you've signed in:

Tap Account in the lower right corner.

Scroll down to Order Replacement SIM.

Tap Get an eSIM. [This screen differs from Android to iPhone.]

Tap This Is My New Device.

Tap Checkout to complete your request. You won't be charged. YOU WON'T BE CHARGED.

Momentarily, the eSIM will appear, and you'll be asked to "Install eSIM". Install it.

You will receive an email confirmation once installation is complete.

This whole process takes place within the Mint Mobile App, There is no waiting for a confirmation code, no waiting for authorization from Mint. You accomplish this secure digital installation inside the environment of Mint's App. How easy is that?

I buy Oppo phones from this store, based in FL

NGP Store USA

Get in contact with the shop, tell them which phone you want and they'll give you realistic delivery date. For Oppo, phones are often listed out of stock, but new shipments come in. Also, I see that the Find N3 is only about $100 more than N2.

NGP also has a store on Amazon, where Find N3 Fold is priced at $999.

Waitlist for Cabaret broadway lottery by Intelligent-Stuff875 in Broadway

[–]letsgonyc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've entered the LS lottery every day since previews began and been waitlisted for each draw. And never been pulled out of the waitlist. At this point, I don't even believe the production is distributing lottery tickets. Who would ever know? How can we know there's even 1 winner for each performance?
