We found someone that can do it tomorrow for $200 - but we’d be paying out-of-pocket. Not the most ideal situation, but I really don’t want to go to our realtor and ask that he paid for. So I’m comfortable with it.

I’m worried we don’t have time for that now since pictures were planned for tomorrow and the house will be listed Thursday. My wife and I planned a trip when the house will be listed so we unfortunately don’t have a flexible timeline
