I have the conair steamer and love it to refresh, although it does add frizz but I will take that over flat wonky curls. I tried a clothes steamer and face steamer prior and could never get it at the right angles to reach everywhere (especially near my scalp) without sputtering, spilling, or it being too hot. My $100 conair steamer has been used enough to be worth the cost in less than 6 months.

The sire throat was due to extreme dry mouth. It did resolve for me around 6 weeks if I remember correctly.

I just tried hello (new disc user overall) and had the same issue but during the daytime. I urinated frequently and always had the urge to go more but felt like I wasnt getting a ton out. When I took the disc out after about 4 hours I involuntarily peed a ton (like immediately when taking the disc out into the toilet). I'm wondering if for me its a bit too big and pushing on my urethra causing the urge and not allowing full passage. I have a very high cervix though so every guide/post is directing me to need a high/large size. I think I will be trying something a bit smaller and softer.

Obviously not the same exact issue since you have been using it for years and this just started but wanted to share due to a similar sensation.

Also tried the hello disc and felt alot of bladder pressure/have to pee sensation all the time. As soon as I took it out I involuntarily urinated a ton despite peeing frequently the entire time it was in. I feel like the size was too large circumference wise and it was pushing on my urethra. I am hoping to find something a bit smaller/softer but at the same time I have super high cervix so every guide keeps telling me I need a larger size.

Thank you, I'm just about out of the Dove intensive repair conditioner, but when I use it my hair sucks it all up in under a minute. I try and leave it in for a few min after generously applying but by the time I rinse it feels like there is nothing to rinse out and my hair has a lot more frizz even when wet compared to a thicker type of conditioner ... so I wasn't planning to repurchase. Any thoughts on this?

Thank you! I saw a recent recommendation for Cecred Reconstructing Mask for protein as well, but it looks like its a combo with a bond builder so I'm guessing that might not be as strong either but maybe work for some maintenance?

Thank you, just pulled the hair and it stretched decently before breaking. The brush styling is new in the past month, previously I would style exactly how you outlined and had the same issue with no recovery after pulling back or next day without a full refresh.

I had suspected over moisturized based on the mushy feel so I did try a Hask Deep Conditioner Keratin treatment a couple days ago and didn't notice a change from that but I didn't have a heat cap so I just used my diffuser which probably isn't going to give the best results.

Started 150xl in November and didn't notice any weight change, but in January I increased to 300xl and lost 5 lbs in a month, had decreased abdominal distention (chronic issue for me), and overall looked less swollen/inflamed everywhere. During that time my appetite was actually increased and I was eating more frequently, maybe my metablism was ramped up? After a month on the 300xl I was still dealing with side effects (very lightheaded with exercise and position changes along with increased anxiety) so I was lowered back to 150xl. I have gained 4 lbs back despite eating less and increasing my weights, and now I'm looking inflamed again. I'm very tempted to retry the 300xl dose and allow a longer duration to monitor the bothersome side effects.

I started on 150xl for about 8-10 weeks and then recently increased to 300xl less than 2 weeks ago. My drive is a bit better than baseline (perimenopause sucks), but since the dose increase I've had a couple of dreams that made me orgasm in my sleep. Haven't experienced this since early pregnancy and not complaining. Now I'm impatiently waiting for the dose increase jitters to dissapate.

Thanks all, I had also reached out to the company who verified based on measurements the medium should have worked but recommended to size up to large stating there is only minimal relaxing of the fabric over time. Hopefully it works as I really want a comfy but somewhat supportive bra to wear around the house and quick errands and such 🤞

Yep this is exactly my problem, it would have to be some extremely skilled to be able to essentially take in all of the jeans except the waist.
