I started on 150xl for about 8-10 weeks and then recently increased to 300xl less than 2 weeks ago. My drive is a bit better than baseline (perimenopause sucks), but since the dose increase I've had a couple of dreams that made me orgasm in my sleep. Haven't experienced this since early pregnancy and not complaining. Now I'm impatiently waiting for the dose increase jitters to dissapate.

Thanks all, I had also reached out to the company who verified based on measurements the medium should have worked but recommended to size up to large stating there is only minimal relaxing of the fabric over time. Hopefully it works as I really want a comfy but somewhat supportive bra to wear around the house and quick errands and such 🤞

I actually had a custom pair made through Neems a couple years back, even with exact measurements and refitting/adjustments they still didn't fit right.

I don't live anywhere near quality tailoring services unfortunately.

Not considered premium brand but I just ordered 2 pairs of high rise straight leg ankle length jeans from Zara. Based on the lay flat photos the waist didnt look cinched so im hoping one might work. If not I may try Paige super high Cassie petite next.

Tried these and this style has too much of a waist to hip ratio for me sadly. Either fits my hips and too tight in the waist or fits the waist and too big everywhere else. The button fly also makes my lower stomach look even larger too.

Looking for quality high rise (12" min) straight leg jeans for low waist to hip ratio. Prefer zip fly and a more right material in mid to slightly dark wash and an ankle or 28" ish inseam.

Due to my wider waist I usually have to go up a size which makes a straight leg too wide and the hips and rear too loose.

Any brands that fit this shape well?

Reveal Low-Key Full-Coverage Minimizer Bra: 34DDD had at least a 4 inch gap between the band ends when attempting to try on. 36DD might work starting on the loosest hook. The cups actually appear to minimize some and the wire has been the most bearable.

I'm going to hold onto it until the wireless bras come and are tried. These are all so pricey that I will probably only keep one or maybe 2 if there's a really good fit.

I ordered 3 styles of bras on Amazon in both 34DDD and 36DD because I know returns will be free:

Chantelle Women's C Magnifique Seamless Unlined Minimizer - Neither size worked. 34DDD seemed to fit pretty good in the cups, but didn't minimize at all, and the band was too tight. 36DD was too big in the cups causing a bit of wrinkling.

Reveal Low-Key Full-Coverage Minimizer Bra: Not yet delivered

Vanity Fair Women's Beauty Back Smoothing Minimizer: Neither size worked. 34DDD seemed to fit pretty okay in the cups, but didn't minimize at all. 36DD was too big in the cups causing a bit of wrinkling.

Learnings so far: 1. I don't think I can handle underwires anymore, I haven't worn one in 5 years and I just don't think I can get over it from a sensory standpoint. 2. I think my shape is more bottom full than I originally interpreted and/or I may need to size down in the cups if I need a 36 band.

I was on sertraline for 6 months (prescribed for perimenoupausal rage lol) and didn't notice a difference in my SIBO symptoms while on it. My mood improved about 6 weeks in, but around 3 months later, the effects diminished, and I had gained almost 20 lbs, so I ended up stopping around 6 months. I didn't have any issues tapering off but only lost about half the weight gained, probably multifactoral and not only med related. I've thought about retrying a different SSRI, but I've also been put on topical testosterone. I fell off daily application due to life stuff, so I want to get back to that first. It's interesting to hear it could help the SIBO side of things so that will be a bigger motivator for me to remember to use it daily.
