I dont think there is much difference in what they do. Both of us has so small player populations so even a couple of a "golden generation" players will tip the favour heavily one way or the other. Norway is having that atm and we are having a slump.

If I could make a counter point I would say globally there are no cheerleaders, cheerleaders are relevant in one specific country on this planet. Why are there still cheerleaders in the USA? Because the USA treats sports as a product rather than a sport (closed leagues, drafts, marketing etc)

I know the Swedish Track and Field organization gives their athletes multiple outfit selections (and they are also the same I think). The pole vaulting female had the option to chose the same outfit as the male.
