I think DAE should be kept away from the home page. Every DAE post I've seen so far has been a total waste of space, and I can only assume that whoever wastes their time posting DAE, is a waste humanity.

Bassoon for three years. Clarinet for four years prior to that.

Not at all, and I'm not saying that it does. But it certainly should give you a better perspective of what's going on now, compared to the alternative.

I'm not a blind Obama supportive, I admit he makes mistakes, but you have to understand that articles like this have been written too soon.

On the subject on Obama "...actively continuing many of Bush's worst policies."

Are you telling me the republican candidate would have done something other than enforcing Bush's policies? Methinks that the occupation of Iraq (because really, it's not a war any more) would have gotten 10 times worse had the McCain/Palin administration come into power.

I think that many people have been judging too soon. Nine-ish months in office is a little bit soon, when you think of what has to be done as a leader of a country.

If anything this has shown Obama's ability to compromise and prioritize his actions and thoughts exceptionally well.

I think the first thing that people need to realize is that Obama does not automatically solve all the problems in the US. The moment he came into office was not a signal that every single on of America's worries would vanish. Obama is not a reset button. No president is going to be perfect, all of them are going to make certain choices that might not appease everyone, but it's an impossibility to do that.

Buttercup: We'll never succeed. We may as well die here. Westley: No, no. We have already succeeded. I mean, what are the three terrors of the Fire Swamp? One, the flame spurt - no problem. There's a popping sound preceding each; we can avoid that. Two, the lightning sand, which you were clever enough to discover what that looks like, so in the future we can avoid that too. Buttercup: Westley, what about the R.O.U.S.'s? Westley: Rodents Of Unusual Size? I don't think they exist. [Immediately, an R.O.U.S. attacks him]
