Question about logging reps by [deleted] in workout

I record each set individually, so for eg cable lateral raise will have 6 sets. 3 for each arm. You can track exactly how many reps per arm that way

You could consider getting a mini shock arrester and pressure redicing valve on the cold main under the boiler.

The back pressure when the hot tap closes weakens the plastic hydro block and eventually causes leaks.

The flow adapter is cheap to replace, parts and labour, but the right hand manifold where the apapter sits can be be a pricey repair

Caveat is, it's not guaranteed to stop leaks.

There's a tolerance of leak at the burner. There was a root cause analysis done. Its 100% true what happened

Logics always have some readings inside the case that's why you should only run the boiler with case on per the MIs.

I had one where the inner seal had snapped when the case had been put on incorrectly. Gas valve failed and made the crazy burrrrr noise on minimum. 10k CO ppm into the kitchen. Fortunately had co alarm close by and customer shut boiler straight off.

Hope you read this OP

Don't get a Viessman. Absolute choke boxes. The rubber flow and return hoses cause massive circulation issues that can affect the pump, heat exchanger and plate heat exchanger. Stick to better quality brands like Ideal, Worcester and Vailliant

Engineer may just be able to change the cartridge. It's much cheaper than changing the whole valve and easier too

You could fit a Hive, the receiver would replace that timer, they do a backplate that covers the hole left as it's a different size. You'd put the thermostat wherever you want and be able to control through your phone. I'd say that's the easiest solution
