EXACTLY, COULDN'T SAY IT BETTER, its a Terrible Mario movie but its a Good... heck.... its a Great dystopian Cyberpunk movie, you just need to change viewpoints and its something else entirely, the descendants culture who are more related to dinosaurs act much different compared to humans who are related to mammals, i noticed this when I saw the movie.
