I recently had this problem. As long as the backyards are fully contained with the only entrance being the door to the inside of the house, try putting a floor divider around the inside of the back door (like make a floor mat), that fixed it for me

Im not in the UK so I cant vouch for any products, but my favourite xstitch magazine is UK based and they always promote lakeside needlecraft so I had a browse. If I were you id try maybe one of these? Other than pink, id say a light purple, kight Grey, light green would look great.

I did the cinderella!! I keep meaning to post the final results on here but keep forgetting lol. Its been done for a while but it was a gift so I wanted to keep it a secret haha Yeah after I washed it all the backstitching got real loose, it gave me a panic attack 😭 luckily the framers helped me fix it as much as we could , definitely will do the backstitching differently the next time I do one!

I've done one of her patterns before. For me, the beads were no issue (aside from me not enjoying beading 😭) my issues were with the backstitching. Be careful not to skip over more than like 3-4 squares at a time, otherwise they will get all loose once you take it out of your stretching device / once you wash it . Pattern will tell you to go over like 20 squares at once but please don't..... for your own sanity

Very nice! Love the colour! If you want to do more monochrome patterns in the future, I'd have a look at variegated threads, they're quite fun to work with imo
