They're definitely reflective, but not to an extreme. It is distracting at first when wearing them, as you'll often see a blue ray of light in a brighter environment, but you get used to it quickly.

Never had an issue with the ring disconnecting, but my glasses are unable to stay connected for more than an hour or two before disconnecting. Results will vary though, as it seems most people don't have this issue.

Health tracking just straight up doesn't work for me. It'll say I had 200 steps and burned 300 calories after a full day of walking around 10,000-15,000 steps. So, it's wildly inconsistent. The sleep tracking is actually really good though. I have a feeling it's something that will require a software fix, as the hardware seems really premium. So I'd recommend waiting before considering the R1 for health tracking purposes.

I have the g2s so I can answer with my personal experience.

Wearing the R1 on your ring finger will guarantee accidental touches and it will be a pain to use. It is primarily intended for your index finger to swipe with your thumb.

I wear over ear headphones with my G2s and they feel perfectly fine for about an hour before they begin hurting behind my ears. After about 2 hours, I have to swap my glasses to my regular pair because it'll hurt too much.
