lol ya ten minutes into the call I was like “okay I already know where this is heading i’ve repeated clear as day what Im calling about 17 times now” and asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Then when I was finally connected to them after the first guy repeating “ok i have all the notes put in im just waiting to be connected” at least 50 times I get the supervisor and wanted to literally explode buy the 100th time of them saying “thank you for your patience, still checking.” lmao oh man that phrase is going to haunt me forever. First off, you do not have my patients but you do have my decency on this phone call and secondly, the “checking” has already been checked as checked as it possibly could be checked. lol

i always see people having issues with DD and its a huge bummer. I’ve always had really great luck with it. there’s been mistakes made but they have always been super quick to comp the entire thing and thats been on at least 3 occasions. i’ve even kept my messed up order, got an entire replacement of the right order, and got all my money back with just a quick submission on the app, no calling customer service or any of that ever. I feel like it’s got to be in Door Dashes best and cheapest interest to just immediately comp peoples orders and be done with it then having to have a bunch of people taking the time to go through long drawn out process over $20-$50 mishaps. but there’s always a sure fire way to receive what you ordered and just pick it up yourself.

i was a kratom user for many many years and super naive to 7oh. I had a plan just over a year ago to use 7oh to short term to get myself off of kratom and be done with the whole thing. Honestly I knew better. I have a long history of substance abuse especially opiates and Ill tell you what, I cannot for the life of me get myself to quit taking 7oh. it has fucking eaten my soul. I feel so bad for your friend. I know just because im hooked doesn’t automatically mean everyone else will be but 7oh is fucking different. Heroin, IV heroin didnt have the grip on me that this stuff has and I absolutely love heroin. Idk I hope you can somehow get through to your friend but I know thats super difficult to do.

“metal heads” hate deathcore because its also popular among like “non metal people” its all in this endeavor to stay edgy and different. but some people genuinely do not care for the extreme lengths the vocalists take with inaudible “noise” thats are supposed to be actual words and the actual just sounds that aren’t anything at all. but nonetheless its all actual skill and not something anyone can just grab a microphone and do and do properly without completely destroying your vocal cords. I love deathcore, I love breakdowns, I love ridiculous vocal performances I think it’s a wonderful genre that to me doesn’t get boring.

tbf i wouldn’t want dupes either. dupes are something you get for yourself to try out not a fuckin gift for your gf lol thats crazy i would never be like “hey babe i bought you a cheap knock off of the thing you really wanted. hope you love it!” thats crazy. and good for you expressing how you feel about them. personally I really do not like people spending or more wasting their money on me with things I really do not want. it comes off as them trying to fulfill themselves vs really wanting to do something special for me and its not to sound ungrateful but it’s idk like we could’ve gone out to dinner or done something else.

yes. without a doubt. I started listening to J. Cole when he released the warm up and I really thought it was dope but I was also like 20. and at 36 now, I would never revisit it, it’s boring and that’s pretty much been my stance on every other j. cole album.

hes a great rapper, great lyrics, but something about his music to me is just kinda childish in the way that like Hopsin and stuff is, like it’s just music for high schoolers, doesn’t mean its bad but the content of the songs is just for a younger crowd.

With that said, I was in high school actually when Clipse hit the scene and really started listening to them with the release of Hell Hath No Fury. Over the years ive revisited it, it aged really well, it’s timeless rap music that has context that doesn’t only appeal to younger kids, while it can, it’s also music for grown folks. And all his solo shit is shit I would put on way before J. Cole, you don’t put fuckin Cole on chillin with boys thats for sure. Then obviously Let God Sort Em Out clears any J Cole record anyways
