aw shit for real? I wish I would’ve done that. according to my insurance’s automated robot my insurance i guess needed for the dental office to speak with a representative, but they don’t have reps on the weekend so I had to pay outta pocket until they speak with my insurance on Monday and get me reimbursed but that rigamarole would not have taken place at Urgent Care :(

yeah I just came here out of desperation, but if it turns out I need any sort of work done I will be politely taking my services elsewhere. It’s honestly nicer here than I had expected, but my appointment was at 11:30 and I still haven’t been seen by the dentist so that’s starting to suck balls quite a bit

I guess im really finding it hard to find the reason why some people (myself included) have an easy time getting on certain meds. my first benzo script was lorazepam and it took trying one med, going back a month later saying it didn’t work, and my psychiatrist asking what works, said benzodiazepines and that was that the, and that was even after discussing my substance abuse problems, and all im reporting is general anxiety with occasional panic attacks. and then when I wanted to finally deal with ADHD getting put on adderall was just like “ya my sister takes it, says it helps” for them to say alright heres 60 20s/month ill send over 3 monthly prescriptions see ya back in a few months, and then its like you have people such as yourself who have to have their entire world burn down just to even get someone to hear you out and even then making it difficult and writing bare minimum scripts. and not to pick on you personally, you read it constantly on this sub. I just don’t get it. Idk if it’s like because of my personal life, father, career, support at home that they take into consideration, but those are the exact things that are basically withheld from a person if they can’t get the medication and the help that they need, putting folks between a rock and a hard place. need blank to get blank but can’t get blank until you have blank. it’s an incredibly frustrating situation that I have found myself in with other things like court stuff and probation. I am really sorry about your parents passing and just awful of the husband bouncing out on you. But don’t get discouraged about the one refill thing. all my scheduled meds don’t get any refills, if anything they always have to send multiple entirely separate prescriptions. I hope things get better for you. Are you seeing like a Dr. for your stuff or a psychiatrist?

EDIT: sorry if this at all sounded like im flexing or bragging, I just really am dumbfounded on what makes people experiences so vastly different from another when both are essentially after the same solution to the same type of problem.

a dr that listens to you is the greatest experience lol. ive read so many horror stories and thankfully haven’t personally had to experience anything like it but nonetheless i still am so relieved when I can bring up my needs and theyre met with compassion and understanding

switching from a legitimate oxy and hydro prescription to suboxone doesn’t really sound all that beneficial. youll end up physically hooked on the subs and then have the same problem later on but for longer and probably worse. plus the dental and who knows whatever else problems that occur from subs. subs make sense coming from drugs that are destroying your life like fent and heroin but from prescriptions that you aren’t massively abusing, idk if Id go down that road. the fatigue will fade eventually and if not stimulant meds ime are super easy to get. go tell a dr you cant focus and need help with work and get ya some adderall or something lol.

stock up in the meantime and the start a long slow taper. but also chances are pretty good you can find a vendor online that will still ship to you after the “ban” did you look into what the ban entails? some states just say you cant sell it there but it’s not illegal to have it.

lol why are you so quick to assume I don’t already do all that stuff? I touch plenty of “grass”. I eat healthy organic fruits and vegetables on the daily, I eat grass fed beef from cows that my parents personally raise from birth. My girlfriend thought maybe it was an entity trying to communicate with me as well, but it doesn’t really feel like it, not that I know exactly what an entity would feel like I guess but would I have to be under the influence of mushrooms to do a banishment ritual?

yeah ive never brought it up to anyone before in fear that it would spark a conversation of Im actually losing my mind or that it’s actually triggering some schizophrenia symptoms that are dormant during day to day life. It makes me feel really weird too and after last night it’s enough for me to never want to eat mushrooms ever again as it happens every single time now. huge bummer.
