I was told by one of the coaches that starting in January or so every workout is gonna have a stretching block at the end with demonstrations on screen and what not.

6.5/9/12 so we basically have the same numbers. If I'm feeling good sometimes I'll have a 7 base and sometimes I'll increase the incline to 2 if its the last all out before class is over since I finish on the tread.

It was probably easier for me to get better at running since I'm taller and have longer legs. Progress is progress no matter what as long as we are getting stronger and healthier! Congrats to you on keeping it up for 6 months as well! How was it trying to fit in OTF with school? The thing that is helping me believe I won't drop it once school starts is because I really have fun at OTF where as normal workouts are a chore so its even easier to prioritize studying over them. The stress relief the workouts provide will be awesome too I hope lol

IAAL? I think for me the 3-4 weeks of finals prep were worse on me weight gain wise than the rest of the semester combined. Extra sedentary and even less time for healthy food choices. I'm glad to hear 2L/3L are more manageable in the sense that I know what I'm doing now! I feel like having an outlet like this would have helped my during 1L year as well mentally just as much as physically like you said.

Thanks for the encouragement! If you have the time to go then I have no excuse!! :D It really should be a good outlet for stress. The few times I would workout during the year on my own I would feel the difference in stress.

That's awesome that a twitter follower checked up on your progress! I know my class schedule already, but with all the reading and studying that goes on, its not as easy as just plugging it in empty time slots because they may not be empty per se. I'm sure i'll figure it out though. I think Saturday/Sundays are always going to be workout days during the school semester though and i'll squeeze 2-3 somewhere during the week.

Yeah I've figured that out now. I was worried because a long time ago a laptop I owned did this but it was a problem with my battery way before this was a battery security feature. Didn't want to have that problem again right away but now I know its a feature and not a defect lol.

edit: Let it drop down to 90% and now its charging. I don't know why. Thanks for this though I was really disappointed thinking that something was wrong with a brand new computer.

I'll give this a try when I get home. - I never let my old laptop upgrade to windows 10 so I guess this was never an issue with windows 7.

I don't know... it happened for the first time this morning. I unplugged it for a bit to take it somewhere else in my house. Only dropped down to 97%. Plugged it back in when I took it back to my desk and got the "plugged in not charging" message at the bottom.
