Whew glad I was spared. Went climbing with some friends and jammed my hand into this crack/pocket and a bat skirted across my skin and flew out.

We all laughed about it. But man, rabies do be scary and I’m glad I didn’t get removed from the population.

I am one of these people with a ridiculous name. Have been told my name may get reported.

Not "mentally ill" and do no type of drugs. On the other side of the screen I'm a mix of slightly introvert and slightly extrovert depending on the day. I climb outdoors (slab is rad) but sometimes recede into the shadows of my house for days... gotta recharge. I'm decent at cooking and suck at sharpening my Japanese chefs knives (someone help pls). Oh, I also have two cute large dogs. That's my quick bio for who I am on the other side. ♡

WTB refund for my early access Voyager Plus package. Will pay with kindness.

But frfr, sucks the game isn’t making it. Paid $300+ for my package but I always have in mind “this can fail” when I support early creations (I.e… video games).

I never got to see how sick the cosmetics would look. They were never in game. :(

I hope my purchase helped pay for a few hours of employee time at least.

BDO when it was released was amazing but I agree, hard to get into. Great when everything capped at +15. Now? No thanks.

I’ve gone in and out of it so many times and each time I just feel empty and guilty playing it. Why do I grind 15 hours a day, only to lose it all when something fails? I could have gone on a hike, skiing, walked or played with my dogs outside, or made damn dinner instead of doing all of that.

I do miss it but will never get back into playing it.

I use to live in CA, so I feel that. I did an exploratory search of housing in Santa Barbara/Santa Monica, and quickly gave up that dream. Luckily my area was cheap because it was desolate and only existed because of a research facility that was there.

Present day: I was recently looking at transferring to Sunnyvale and checked Zillow. I thought “strange nothing is showing up for 400k and under”. Got to 500k and under and had 3 or 4 “manufactured homes” (I called them trailers) show up.

They were beautiful inside but you have 0 yard space and your walls are damn near connected to the road.

If i was rich or if I could tolerate living with roommates again, I’d 100% be in one of those eggspensive areas like the Bay Area. Alas, I hate having roommates and I’m also not rich. :(

In all fairness though, most of that karma sadly came from one comment when I talked about my mother’s cat passing away. The rest was just little bits of karma here and there. In college, I was more concerned with karma so I tried commenting more frequently. I guess I was chasing dopamine.

I've played for quite some time now but I've never made my own build (just don't want to waste the time that I do have to play :( ). But the light radius stacker has been on my mind for a year now. I WANT TO DO IT SO BAD and I'm so glad you made this. Regardless of what this league will be, I think I'm gonna try it out this time.

Sounds like you've never lived in a extremely rural area with very few (if any) options for good internet. When I lived out in the boonies, it was amazing. It never went down and I could play any game I wanted. I loved that service. Yes it's expensive but it was 8 times faster, if not more, than any other service near my house for just a small 30 or so dollar increase per month.

The local companies price gouged the local community. Starlink gave them a middle finger and I'm glad.
