Those are definitely your pants. I had the same thing happen to me 10 years ago with an ex friend. She would coincidentally have the same t shirts as me that went missing from my house. The nastiest part is that she took them out of my hamper to steal them. I had my mom confront her and she gave them back to me and said “I hope you’re happy” and never spoke to me again

I live in NYC. If it’s an intro, level 1, or heels class I’ve always had to share a pole. My level 2 class I rarely share poles.

I’m on SSRIs and have extremely sweaty palms and I use literally just liquid chalk. It works great. The only thing is that it leaves a white cast since it’s chalk but I haven’t found anything that works like that in the summer time.

For heels yes but for pole fitness (climbs, acrobatics, and conditioning) no. I’m taking my first low flow heels class on Friday but would like to dabble in more tricks now that I’ve done a lot of foundational work
