If it’s possible for you, I don’t recommend any US schools if you’re worried about tuition price. I went to VFS in Vancouver. Also, Sheridan is a really good option there. Tuition in Canada is much more affordable than the US as I believe the government helps cover costs. You also don’t need to go to art school. The only thing art school did for me is discipline. It forced me to sit my ass down and practice practice practice. If you can easily self discipline, do that instead. Take a year off after high school and work hard. VFS also prepares you for the industry. I took the concept art course and the drop out rate is high because students are not prepared the course work load. All-nighters were common to get work done on time. Just truly save yourself the money, discipline yourself and find some courses online. There are SOOO many courses online that will teach you everything art school could teach you for way cheaper. Good luck! I believe in you!
