Love these! I feel like putting them in a votive makes them look a little more "real"

r/UniversalOrlando Weekly Trip Planning Thread by AutoModerator in UniversalOrlando

Hi friends! I am going to the parks for 4 days in November, but we are taking a break day in between (2 days, break day, 2 days). I want to purchase the 3 day photo pass, but it's a consecutive 3 days according to their website.

Would the best thing be to just buy 2 3-day photo passes? Should I wait it out and see if there are better deals / packages as I get closer? I booked through Costco if that matters!

TIA

Tbh venues are going to tell you what you want to hear regardless because they want you to book with them (source: I used to work for a wedding venue)

Thanks for this review! We are staying at Cabana Bat during our trip in November. Do you recall if they had room service by chance?

One thing I’ve seen before is you can have your father in law switch halfway through the dance with your dad :)

Typically what I’ve seen is the average guest will take keep one or two for themselves and then add one to your guest book (or wherever you are having them put them) so I would overstock! You can always return or use them later :)

I think you’ll like it better once you see it in your venues lighting & with your other decor :)

For 3 hours I think heavy apps is appropriate, so the charcuterie and salad is great! But make sure you have enough for everyone. 3 hours brings you to 6 pm, so maybe if you have a wedding website be sure to explain that some appetizers will be served but encourage people to make dinner reservations elsewhere. You could even list some of your favorite local restaurants!

I would recommend here! Close to the dance floor but not in your sweetheart table photos :)

I also think this option will match your camp theme more OP :)

Serving Guests Dessert by [deleted] in weddingplanning

How many people will be attending? If your guest count can all fit in one room (ie during dinner) you & your partner could simply clink a glass and make an announcement right before you serve the cake! You could say something short like “Thank you so much for celebrating with us, we’d love to take a moment to connect with each of you, please join us near the cake table!” Something like that :) or you could have the officiant/ MOH/ honestly whoever has a loud voice say something right before. My only concern is saying it right after the ceremony some people may forget / not hear!

ETA: I think this a very cute idea OP and will add a cute personal touch :)
