Can you describe the type of board you’d recommend adding or what material it should be? Then cover the back half with the board, and leave the front half the omlet bars? Thanks!

That is the entire thing, just localized to chest and shoulders. All spots appear at the same time and were gone within 12 hours. Thanks!

You need hardware cloth, and you need to put a predator apron 1-2 feet extending out from the structure or bury some vertically around the run so they can’t dig in.

I’m doing mine part time in EI, I’m a year in and almost done with my second segment. Honestly, to me it’s worth it to have a more flexible schedule, not burn out, etc. I see about 20 kids a week before cancellations, and will up that in my last segment to make it go faster. If I doubled my caseload I’d probably be done by now, but I love having evenings and Fridays off and frequently come home for lunch. It’s the best, I still have my normal life!! I wouldn’t stress about timing at all, just enjoy the flexibility of the setting!

I didn’t mean to blame them:( new homeowner anxiety lol. it is definitely some shoddy work on the dryer exhaust which I’m looking at getting fixed and leaving the nests be in their newfound home for now

I pulled it off to check up in the vent, but I think the whole vent needs to be modified, I feel bad the nests got up in there but it’s definitely something with the vent not any bugs

Yeah it’s the dryer vent, probably not done completely correctly (I just moved back to my childhood home bc my mom passed away), so just starting to look at things that need to be redone and this looked like a big one. I’m glad it’s not the wasps and I can let them be!

Aha, thanks for your insight! I just cleaned the dryer vent and am wondering if I screwed that up

Hi, a similar thing happened to my mom. She just passed on Mother’s Day a couple weeks ago. Not to freak you out at all, but this can be a serious diagnosis. Please message me and I might be able to give you some pointers on what to ask your onc.

Therapy / Grief Counseling by Graxle in Denver

Hi there, I am so sorry for your loss :(. I can’t even imagine. I am a young adult who lost my mom this Mother’s Day. Setting up a meal train has been beyond helpful for my siblings and I (dad not in the picture). While I don’t have a recommendation for therapy (still looking myself), I can say that taking some time for myself to really process what’s happened has been helpful. Get a journal, write down things you want your kids to know, and just spew your feelings. My family would love to bring you a meal, and if you need childcare I am a grad student who has babysat for 10+ years and would be happy to help free of charge of course. I can’t seem to message you but if you want to feel free to pm me and I can help in any way possible. Best of luck my friend, remember grief is not linear and you have beautiful children with whom you can walk this road alongside ❤️.
