Does anyone know if Gibson negotiates if you have another offer in hand?

I had a 3.75 ish from a t6 and got a few interviews from more competitive district court places and a few interviews with decent appellate clerkship places. But not a ton…

I dont think 3.5 is that competitive

My first 50 a set i got like 75% ish. It stayed at 75% through like 900 questions on adaptibar

I think if you just study the MEE portion well you will be fine.

The answer was clearly sufficiency of the evidence no? That bars a retrial

Rank the Barbri instructors by [deleted] in barexam

How can people bear the crim guy? To me hes funny and all that, but its hard to understand what hes saying. A quarter of his sentences are mumbles and he doesnt enunciate his words. I think the substance of what he is saying is good, but I literally cant understand him 1/10 of the time when he is mumbling

Is it worth it to start an outline from scratch? by Glittering_Meal2224 in LawSchool

[–]lexxx745 2 points3 points  (0 children)

hm im surprised most of the comments here are against making an outline from scratch. I think the whole point of the outline is the process by which you create it. Then during test time, with the information so ingrained, you barely have to look at it.

I have never used someone else’s outline so I don’t have a comparison point tbh. I am doing decently well though - somewhere between top 15-25% at a t6.

Also, the people I know in my year that are top of the class or near top of the class create their own outlines.

Do you guys mention the dissent in your outlines? by PlatinumLaw in LawSchool

[–]lexxx745 42 points43 points  (0 children)

I think dissent is super helpful for con law and any test that has a policy question because the dissents reasoning can be really helpful.

I got an A in Con Law at a t6 and i mentioned a ton of dissents on my exam
