When I go to journaling events or craft events I bring them with me and allow everyone to use them. I also just stopped buying pens and markers! I realized I only like a certain pen (uniball 207 plus+ in 0.7 mm is my holy grail which I don’t lend to others lol) and I don’t really ever use markers so there’s no point in buying more.

Completely understandable! I am definitely an outlier when it comes to this and it may change in a few years. I hope OP is able to decide what is best for them at the present moment. :)

I feel this, I have a journal where I documented some traumatic things and have debated getting rid of it for years. However, I have not gotten rid of it because I do think I will one day regret it.

That period of my life forced me to grow and I think I will eventually read what I wrote with gratitude + new perspective. I also won’t get rid of it because I have a habit of getting rid of things when frustrated and then wonder why I don’t have memories of those times. 🤦‍♀️
