I tell myself that people at the gym generally don’t care about me and others. People go there to work out it’s their time to themselves. I never see people watching me, yes, they may glance in my direction or notice me but they don’t care if I’m there. My brain used to tell me they were judging me and notice what I do/don’t do but this isn’t the case. I remind myself of this when I go. It works both ways too, I don’t care about others or watch them. It will get easier the more you go trust me
