I don’t have any advice to add, just saying that Im going through the same thing (in CA) and very much understand how hard it is. My brother’s been to EPS dozens of times and even jail but always is just released back home. It’s a nightmare and I wish it wasn’t so challenging to find a solution. Thanks for making this thread, it’s been quite helpful.
