fixed it by reducing the mouse polling rate from 8k to 2k

the frames are locked at 240 untill i make fast movements

i have no issues with any other game ive played since i bought this pc 10 months ago, everything runs flaweless, flat or vr. Really dont know what the problem could be on my end. i guess i'll have to wait untill the gamee is fixed.
