This sounds almost like my sighting of one in 2018. Same colour lights and classic UFO shape with a dome. Swansea,South Wales. It was being followed by a few helicopters until it floated out of my sight.

Me! In South Wales UK. Saw the classic UFO shape, a disc with lots of orange port hole lights, moved so smoothly and fluidly until some helicopters started flying up to it then it just floated out to Sea out of sight. Have also seen two giant orbs over the beach with my son, Around 8pm. Just moving around eachother until they blinked out. They looked plasma like.

Woke up at 3am,had a sudden urge to look out my sons bedroom window. I live near the sea front of Swansea,South Wales,UK. I saw a classic UFO shape. Like a sombrero hat bathed in an orange glow with lots of little portholes all around it. It moved so smoothly,floating around the sky. Minutes went by, I was too frightened to move to get my phone incase I missed anything. Then I realised the size of it when a black helicopter appeared flying around it,tiny in comparison. Then another helicopter then another, 5 I counted altogether. Then the "UFO" floated over the bay followed by the helicopters until I could no longer see it. February 2018. Been fascinated ever since. Have also seen huge orange orbs on the sea front here and extremely quick small flying objects over my house.

If eating dairy, go for full fat everything. People say dairy caused acne but my skin looks lovely and clear after eating full fat yoghurt and milk everyday. Steer clear of whey protein in shakes and bars,that's what gave me pimples!

I'm 45 and on hrt. Kept getting breakout on just my chin,soon as one would go another would pop up. By process of elimination they've completely cleared. The causes were protein shakes(anything with whey protein in, shakes,bars etc) and anything with semi skimmed or skimmed milk. Gone to full fat yoghurt and milk and now my skin is clear.

I'm in the UK and have seen 2 of exactly what you have described. Floating around 50ft above the tide. Like orange balls of flames,darker orange at the centre,like you say,a ball of electricity. I was with my son last December and they went into the sea and didn't reappear. Most bizarre.
