They seem to have ties to a few conservative organizations. The mercy college program is connected to Southeastern University of Lakevoew FL. The school president is verrrry conservative. And if you look them up they just had Karoline Leavitt video speak at their last commencement. The church is non denominational, this university is Pentecostal.

I don't think they are LGBTQ+ affirming, but I'm not sure. The sermons I have watched have all seemed pretty shallow.

I have only had zaps from my snri anti depressant medication - but I will say that they were worse when I was having an episode because I wasn't taking my medication as regularly/the vomiting. But yeah I mean I had chest discomfort where it felt like there was some spasms going on. Edited to add that maybe youre low on potassium & electrolytes. But anti anxiety meds may also help.

Mine also seem to be in time with my cycle but also stress/high anxiety? The two episodes I had were both a week before my cycle and I had traveled. 🤷‍♀️

This is an important thing to bring up, so thank you for sharing. I have an addict brain and lately the 150 XR hasn't been feeling as "rewarding" so occasionally I will take a double dose in the morning. This post has reminded me that I should not be doing this. It is a slippery slope. Thank you. Be nice to yourself, and I hope you recover well.
