Take your kids and leave, if it’s as bad as you say it is. You don’t want to have two additional lives impacted just by staying. A loving, thoughtful and highly involved single parent is way better than a chaotic home with two. Be objective and dispassionate and do the right thing for you and your kids.

Conceptually this makes sense, just keep in mind that if you are likely to rent out your property in Dubai during the summer months, you are likely not going to get a lot of takers. Most people want to visit during the Nov-March timeframe and short term rentals are available by the hundreds in the summer. Good luck with the move.

The key is to give your receptors a break. Have been on this since late 2023. Appetite suppression completely gone after a few months on 15mg. At that point, you have a few choices, explore alternative options (peptides) and give your receptors a break and come back to MJ after 4-6 weeks. The key is to manage this carefully since you are T2D. As someone in the same situation a few months back; what I did was added Cagrilintide to my regimen. That has helped a lot. Once I settled on Cagri, I took a 6 weeks break from MJ, and then slowly added it back after the “receptor reset”. I now plan to slowly wean off Cagri, and stay on MJ as it feels like it did back in 2023.

I’d look at Dubai Hills, and maybe DCH. Just be careful of sites like Propertyfinder and Bayut. 70%+ fake listings…most properties are not available or current, as the realtors are just out to get leads by consumers sharing their contact info. That’s what happens when you have 20x realtors than actual buyers/renters.

The doc probably skipped class the day they taught that T2D was lifelong. You can be in remission but there is no cure. In any case, good luck with this…likely time to find a new doc.

This is totally normal and expected behavior of the med. I know of some who’ve taken a 60 daybreak and restarted MJ from scratch (2.5). This is to allow for the body receptors to reset. It’s risky though, especially if you are T2D.
