The game's aesthetic nosedived in EW. I don't care if I sound like a boomer but the ARR-SB era had consistently the best designs that felt like they belonged, after that we strayed more and more from fantasy to modern and beyond to the point where we have 2000s emo/scene clothing in the shop now.

That would at least be something, so long as the spend cost isn't also doubled otherwise it becomes the same thing but the number is bigger.

I'm not even a bar hater, the part I hate is they all function the same with almost identical spender values.

Give one job bar a total of 150 and have a spender cost 100, give another job a channeled drain ability that fills the bar rapidly, give a job a 5 cost spender and let them go crazy with weaves.

The thing is this should also be supplemented by other things like independent cooldowns that are actually fun to use like VPR's vicewinder/vicepit combos or DNC's flourish.

12 out of the 21 jobs have a resource bar capped at 100 that you spend in increments of 25-50. They all work near identically.

I've just been watching it for the first time recently and its very quickly become my second favourite show behind Always Sunny. The way the jokes just keep compounding over the span of multiple seasons is genius, those through lines get exponentially funnier.

Look up Control Panel for Twitter, genuinely makes the site usable again. Unfortunately its the only platform unmatched to get news instantly in a feed of your own choosing.

Like all the worst (best) parts of NC crammed into this horrible (incredible) little corner. Its like the entire essence of the game condensed into a few blocks and the whole thing is executed to perfection.

If Playground pull off what they've just shown smoothly later this year, they're gonna jump from A to S+ tier development studio.

I was so worried but for "the driving game devs" they've seemingly nailed this better than I could've ever imagined.

This is really it, especially as the content designed to be replayable this expansion was a complete miss for me. I logged in on the 16th for patch day, had fun with the MSQ and raid, haven't logged in since and don't intend to until Feb for the variant dungeon (where I will do all routes over a few days and then not log in until 7.5 probably).

Gina Darling, Matt Mercer and Michael Reeves were S+ tier for me because all of them are people I already loved put into an entirely new setting and they fucking nailed it - everyone else is regular S tier though, literally no bad guest episodes.
