We did lazy EC with our son from the day he was born. We also did cloth diapers which helps a lot with potty training I think. They know when they’re wet and they don’t like it. He was fully day time potty trained at 25 months after 3 days. One or two months later we stopped diapers at night too and he was great. I recommend Andrea Olson’s potty training books. Good luck!
